Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Instead of a commitment to product quality, Hung Chuong Company implements a return and exchange policy. Accordingly, all purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

  • The goods sold did not match the quantity, information, and description on the invoice.

  • The goods were damaged due to a manufacturing defect by the company.

  • External damage such as peeling and breakage may occur during transportation.

  • The product had expired at the time it was delivered to the customer.


Please check the goods and sign the delivery receipt with the delivery staff immediately upon receipt. If you discover any of the above cases, you can discuss directly with the delivery staff or report to us within 24 hours via hotline: (8428) 3792 5919

Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted:
- The customer wants to change the type or model.
- Product damage caused by improper storage by the customer.
- Customers themselves cause damage to the product's external condition, such as torn packaging, scratches, dents, breakage, etc.
- Cosmetic defects of the product (scratches, dents, breakage, etc.) after the customer has inspected and received it.
- The goods do not have sales invoices from Hung Chuong Company.

Return and exchange conditions:
- The product is still sealed and has all labels intact.
- The product is clean and shows no signs of having been used.
- Customers need to provide the invoice issued by our company.

Return/Exchange Period:
After receiving your return/exchange request, we will send you a response via email or SMS within a maximum of 3 business days. The exchange process will be completed within 7 business days.

REFUND POLICY

If you do not request an exchange, we will refund your money within 3 days of receiving the returned item. You can choose one of the following two refund methods:

a. Bank transfer
Please provide your personal bank account information that matches the information on your order form. Our staff will verify the information, contact you, and process the transfer.

b. Cash refund at the company
