Popball, also known as Popping Balls are often used as an alternative to using tapioca. These little bubbles have the outer casing made from seaweed extract and filled with flavourful fruity juice, which will burst in your mouth as you bite them. They can be added directly in beverages or your favourite dessert such as bubble tea, juices, milkshakes, cocktails, ice cream, pudding, yoghurt or cake, etc.
