RETURN POLICY

Our company offers 14-day returns for products you purchased if the following guidelines are met:
- Items do not match your orders.
- Damaged items due to manufacturing defects.
- Externally damaged items occur during shipping.
​- Expired items at the time of delivery to customers.
Please check the items with our delivery staff before signing the receipt. If you find something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from your order, contact us at (8428) 3792 5919.

• We do not accept returns as follows:

- Change of mind returns
- Customer faults due to improper storage and use.
- Returns without receipts
- Items purchased at a 3rd party or reseller. Those items must be returned at their locations and are subject to their return policy.

•  Before returning please check the following requirements:

- The guarantee seal and label must be intact and must have not been removed from the item.
​- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Purchase invoices are needed.

After receiving the return request, we will send our feedback to customers via email or SMS within 03 working days. Returns and exchanges will be made within 07 business days

REFUND POLICY

If customers do not request an exchange, we will refund you within 3 days of receiving your returns. You can choose one of the following two payment methods:
